Founded in 2018 by Nikoo, NikooCake started with a passion for baking and a love for creativity, inspired by my mother, who used to bake a lot when I was a kid. Watching her create delicious treats ignited my own love for baking, and I’ve been pursuing that passion ever since. Before starting my own business, I honed my skills working at the prestigious Pelican Hill Resort and SusieCakes Bakery. I also served as a pastry chef instructor, sharing my expertise and passion for baking with aspiring chefs. These experiences taught me the importance of quality, precision, and customer service, and they continue to influence my work today. Over the years, we have grown from a small kitchen operation to a beloved local business known for our attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
