Create a stunning vintage-style buttercream cake from start to finish in this fun, hands-on one-day class. We’ll bake one cake flavor together, then learn how to prepare Swiss meringue buttercream for filling. For the outside and decorative details, you’ll work with American buttercream to pipe beautiful vintage borders, ruffles, and classic designs.
By the end of class, you’ll have a finished cake you’re proud of, and you’ll take your cake home with you.
